An outsourced China-side buying capability
The founder has spent significant time operating professionally in China, working with Chinese suppliers, manufacturers and business stakeholders in Mandarin. A pattern became obvious: the commercial questions that decide whether a purchase is good or bad are usually resolved on the China side of the transaction — and most small and midsized U.S. buyers have no presence there.
China Buying Desk gives those companies access to experienced China-side communication, commercial review, supplier interaction and execution without hiring a China employee or setting up their own local sourcing office.
The work is deliberately commercial rather than transactional. The objective is not to find you the cheapest goods in China; it is to protect your margin, your timeline and your reputation with the customers who buy the product from you.

To be clear about what that means: there is no staffed Florida office. The execution capability is in China, which is exactly where it needs to be.
